The Toyota rolled hem foot is a professional tool for double-fold hemming.

The opening on the front of the foot doubles over the fabric.
A special guide on the underside of the foot holds the fabric tightly together before and during sewing and ensures even fabric feed.
The result: a firm, narrow hem. The rolled-hem foot is ideal for hemming fine fabrics.

1. Choose straight stitch or zigzag, snap on the Toyota rolled hem foot. Place the fabric tightly under the groove under the foot and sew a few stitches. Lower the needle into the fabric to hold it in place. Lift the presser foot and pull the unfinished edge of the fabric into the rolled hem foot. Lower the foot and continue sewing while holding the fabric edge up in front of the foot.
2. Make sure the fabric cannot get under the right half of the foot.
