My product is defective or damaged, what should I do?
We would like to make sure that you will be able to fully use your product again as soon as possible. You can submit your warranty request online via the button below. You will then receive a response from us on how we can best resolve this for you.
Many products are entitled to a manufacturer's warranty, which is an additional warranty to the legal warranty. This can be up to ten years, depending on the supplier. For each product on our website, the warranty period is displayed. Is a product defective within this warranty period? Then please contact our customer service!
At Huissteden.nl you always have the standard factory warranty on a product. The products in our range meet the legal requirements regarding usability, reliability and lifespan. The warranty period depends on the product and brand you choose. At Huissteden.nl this can vary from 1 to as much as 5 years. The date on the invoice/purchase receipt counts as the effective date for the warranty.
Is a product you ordered defective within the warranty period? Please contact us. Defects will be repaired professionally. If repair is not possible, we will replace the product. If the product can no longer be supplied, we will offer you an equivalent product.
Claims to the standard factory warranty can be made if:
- There is no question of damage caused intentionally, or by negligence
- There is no question of improper use or negligent maintenance
- There is no question of normal wear and tear
- There is no malfunction or damage caused by not or not correctly observing the instructions for use
