How to change a Husqvarna sewing machine presser foot
Removing the presser foot
To easily remove your Husqvarna presser foot first turn needle to the highest position with the handwheel on the right side. Raise the foot with the foot holder on the back and then simultaneously press down slightly on the front part of the presser foot and then gently pull the presser foot toward you until the foot comes free from the presser foot holder.
Attaching the presser foot
To properly reattach the presser foot, the needle and presser foot holder must also be back up. On a Husqvarna sewing machine foot there is a cross peg which should go into the opening of the presser foot holder. Push the cross pin back until the presser foot snaps into the holder. Always check that the presser foot is properly attached by raising and lowering the presser foot lifter.
