Use the needle threader/insert to make it easier to insert the needle.
⦁ If you slide the needle threader over the needle before the screw is loosened, it can be avoided, that the needle falls out of the machine.
⦁ The new needle is held by the needle threader during the insertion and tightening of the screw.

How it works

• Turn off the machine
• Hold the needle threader with the triangular mark facing up and pull the thread horizontally through the Y-shaped slot
• While lightly pulling the thread end, press the tip of the needle threader onto the needle shaft and let it slide down. Attention: press the needle threader only lightly against the needle
• At the eye of the needle, press the needle threader so that the metal pin with the thread slides through the eye
• When the needle threader is slowly withdrawn, a loop of thread remains behind the needle
• Pull the thread completely through the eye and place the thread end under the presser foot
