Universal tool, for thick seams

The leveling plate for thick seams is a universal tool and is ideal for sewing on buttons, changing needles and equalizing sewing height, among other things.

To compensate for the difference at the front of the presser foot, you can place the universal tool at the back, as close to the needle as possible. Sew until the presser foot has completely passed the thick part and remove the plates.
