You can use the Pfaff creative bobbin case in different ways, depending on the type of decorative thread you use for your projects.

For thick or specialty thread
Wind the decorative thread slowly and evenly onto the bobbin. Place the bobbin in the creative bobbin case. For thin woven fabric, use thinner specialty thread and, if necessary, adjust the bobbin thread tension using the screw on the bobbin case so that the thread is pulled out evenly. Insert the bobbin case into the sewing machine and thread the special thread through the thread tensioner.

For extra thick and chunkier special thread
Wind the bobbin, clockwise, evenly by hand. Place the bobbin in the bobbin case. For most woven fabrics, do not pass extra thick yarn through the thread tensioner, but bring it directly to the extra slot. To raise the bobbin thread, hold the upper thread and turn the handwheel one turn toward you.
