The Riva lamps with bayonet fitting have been specially developed for sewing machines and overlockers and have a long service life when used in machines. The reinforced filament ensures that this appliance lamp is highly resistant to vibrations.

Removing the lamp
To make it a little easier, lay the sewing machine as shown on the side of the handwheel.\
•  Hold the machine with one hand.
•  Press the lamp into the socket as far as it will go.
•  Then turn the lamp half a turn anticlockwise and remove it from the machine.

Inserting
•  Insert the lamp into the tilted socket and turn the lamp until the two pins of the lamp fit properly into the socket.
•  Now press the lamp into the socket as far as it will go and turn it clockwise until it is secure

* Lighting is always shipped in a package, because otherwise the glass will break in the postal sorting machine.
