With the Juki MO 654DEN, the stitch length can easily be adjusted via a rotary knob on the right side of the machine. Just below, as the image shows, you will also see the adjustment knob for setting the differential feed ratio.

The overlocker also has a safety switch that is activated when the front access cover or the side cover is left open. For safety, the machine will not run if these remain open. The Juki 654DE has a multifunctional foot that can be used for normal 2-, 3- or 4-thread overlocking.
