Description of the Janome Skyline S3
The Janome Skyline S3 is the most affordable sewing machine in the Janome Skyline series. The Janome Skyline series is mid-range and designed with many features and everyday sewing projects such as clothing, quilting, patchwork, crafting and more. With a Janome S3 you can sew very accurately at speeds up to 820 stitches per minute and is also very powerful so strong enough to handle denim, leather and gauge fabrics. And it all comes doot 7 piece feed dog that maintains constant contact with the fabric to ensure that even thick, multi-layer projects can move under the needle accurately and easily. This system works just as well backwards as forward sewing.
The Janome Skyline S3 has 210 mm wide x 120 mm high work area to the right of the needle with a height of 120 mm, giving you plenty of room to handle those larger projects. With a large assortment of 120 stitches including a choice of 7 styles of buttonholes and built-in letter and number stitches that include both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and even punctuation marks.
The stitch chart is available at the bottom of the top cover of the sewing machine. You can simply flip it up to view the chart.
