Description
The Bernina Old Series Gathering Foot 16 is suitable for gathering light to medium weight fabrics.
The fabric is transported unevenly during sewing and thus acquires its characteristic gathering.
With the special notch in the gathering foot 16, the pleated material can be sewn directly to a smooth piece of fabric in a single operation.
To do this, the smooth material is pushed into the notch and not gathered.
*The presser foot fits only Bernina machines made before 1999, except Bernina 1008
