Bernette b64 Airlock

The Bernette B64 airlock can thread on air! Air passes through the looper on the Bernette B64 airlock, allowing the thread to pass through automatically - that's how easy threading can be on an overlock machine. Getting started has never been so easy. The powerful Bernette b64 Airlock has even more to offer such as a free arm that simplifies the sewing of sleeves and cuffs. The very large work surface to the right of the needle and with the extension table you have a large work surface. There are even 5 LED lights in it and they provide bright illumination of the work area. The presser foot can be lowered and temporarily lifted with the bernette "Free-Hand-System," leaving your hands free to guide the fabric. If you buy the Bernette b64 Airlock you will even have a choice of 16 different stitches and a sewing speed of up to 1300 stitches per minute any project will be finished in no time!

Automatic threader on air
Thanks to the color-coded threading paths, threading the looper is easier and faster than ever before. With a simple push of a button, each looper can be threaded separately or both at the same time.

5 LED lights in the work area around the needle
The well-lit spacious work area of the bernette 64 AIRLOCK makes not only the sewing itself but also the threading of the looper and needles very easy. Thanks to the 5 LED lights, you can work precisely and accurately.

Micro thread control (mtc)
The patented micro thread control (mtc), now used for the first time on a bernette machine, saves a great deal of time and effort and ensures beautiful stitches of consistent quality, as the thread tension only needs to be set once, even if the cutting width and material thickness are changed!

Lots of space thanks to the large working area (130 mm)
The 130 mm working area to the right of the needle provides a new dimension in overlocking. The large working area is ideal for guiding and catching heavy sewing projects behind the needle and provides space for all tasks in the area around the needle and looper: changing the presser foot, attaching the upper looper cover and much more.

Integrated free arm
Sewing things like cuffs, pant legs and necklines becomes easy with the integrated free arm.

Free-Hand-System (FHS)
The included knee lift leaves your hands free to position the fabric properly under the presser foot. In addition, the presser foot is easy to lift with the knee by pushing the lever to the right.

Super-sized extension table
This easy-to-attach and included extension table makes sewing and guiding fabric even more convenient, especially for large sewing projects. The fabric glides smoothly over the rounded extension table.
