AvalonFilm by Madeira is a water-soluble, transparent and thin embroidery film. Avalon Film prevents sagging of stitches and stabilizes machine embroidery on fine transparent fabrics. Avalon Film also serves as a stabilizer when sewing delicate silk fabrics, as the film prevents shifting of the fabric layers

Water-Soluble Embroidery Fleece "Wash Aways"
"Wash Aways" are embroidery fleeces and films designed to stabilize delicate or transparent fabrics and high pile fabrics, such as terry cloth. Suitable for such things as free-hand embroidery, lace or any other embroidery that requires complete removal of the stabilizer. The Wash Aways (=english for wash out) dissolve completely in hot water, without leaving a sticky stiff or hard layer.
