Madeira Tear Away cotton fix

Madeira Tear Away cotton fix is a tear-off, self-adhesive embroidery fleece. Cotton Fix is ideal for all machine embroidery, because Cotton Fix holds the fabric in place without the need to clamp it into the embroidery frame. This prevents the frame from leaving impressions in the fabric. Cotton Fix is also excellent for patchwork, as small pieces of fabric can be optimally arranged and fixed as desired. Ideal for velvet, leather, caps, collars, cuffs, knitted goods, stretch fabrics, jersey, T-shirts; hand appliqués (replaces freezer paper) and transfer quilting patterns.'

Use Guide Cotton Fix:
Cotton Fix has a self-adhesive layer on one side protected by a peel-off strip of paper foil. Machine Embroidery: Cut Cotton Fix to the desired length from the roll and stretch it into the embroidery frame with the protective film at the top. With the tip of the scissors, carefully zipper a diagonal cross in the center of the protective film.Careful - only zipper through the protective film, not the fleece.Remove the protective film slightly wider than the design to be embroidered. Place the fabric on the cleared adhesive surface and press firmly. After embroidering, carefully pull the fabric off the fleece - the embroidery will automatically come off the fleece

Tear Aways"
"Tear Aways" are flexible, soft, universal fleeces for use with medium and heavy fabrics. They are great for machine embroidery, as well as patchwork or quilting. They are called "Tear Away" (= English for tear away) because one can gently tear away the remnants of the fleece on the outside of the embroidery with the fingers. Madeira's tear away embroidery fleeces consist of lace and are free of synthetic additives. They are gentle on the skin and therefore also particularly suitable for children's and baby clothing, among others.
