Ordering and delivery time

Step 1: Select a product

First you need to select a product. Horizontally under the Huissteden.nl logo you will find the different categories. When you select one of these categories you will see all the products within it. If you prefer to select a particular brand, you will find a brand menu on the right side of the website. When you click on the brand you will see all products of that brand.

You can use the filters on the left side of the website. These filters will help you make the right choice. When you have found the product that meets your needs, press the green "Add to Cart" button. The product is now automatically added to your shopping cart. You can now continue shopping or go to your shopping cart to complete the order.

Step 2: Complete order

In the shopping cart you will find a green button ''Complete Order'' on the right. When you click this, you can enter your e-mail address and shipping information. Have you ordered from Huissteden.nl before? Then you can login with your email address and password ''Already a customer? Login directly''. Under the shipping details you can indicate whether you would like the order delivered or would like to pick it up in the store in Barneveld.

Step 3: Payment method

If you then click ''Next'' you will see an overview of different payment methods. Here you can also apply any discount codes. If you have found the right payment method you can click on ''Checkout order''. You will now be redirected to the corresponding payment site.

You will receive confirmation of your order within minutes at the email address you provided.

I did not receive my order confirmation

  In 95% of the cases you will have it tomorrow. If you order after 16:00, we pack & ship your order the next day.
• Friday ordered after 16:00 until Monday 16:00

* For the delivery we are at all times dependent on PostNL.
* For the Netherlands 95% of all orders are delivered the next day.
* For Belgium, 85% of all orders are delivered the next day.
* For Germany, the delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Delivered through the mailbox

If your order fits through a mailbox, Huissteden.nl will put your order in a flat box that fits through the mailbox. A mailbox shipment can take a little longer than a package shipment. If your mailbox is smaller than 26.5 cm in length and 3.2 cm in width, chances are that the box will not fit through the mailbox. In that case, the letter carrier will offer it to your neighbors. If that fails, it will be delivered to a PostNL collection point near you.

What if my order is sold out?

• We make every effort to prevent this as much as possible, but
  should it still occur, we will deliver as soon as it is back in stock.
• You can leave your e-mail address at the product concerned and click on ''notify'', you will then receive an e-mail as soon as the item is back in stock.
• If any part of the order is out of stock, you will be contacted about the next steps.
