Bernina Roller Foot 55
The Bernina Roller Foot 55 is a professional for working on rigid materials such as leather, suede or plastic.
This foot is also ideal for quilting and processing multi-layered fabrics. The Bernina Roller Foot 55 features a wheel with a textured surface. This makes it easy to roll over the fabric and sew upward and straight lines easily and precisely, as well as sewing on braid and cords.
Especially practical in this regard is the unobstructed view of the sewing area. This creates attractive sewing on home accessories or clothing in no time.

Stitch length: 2 mm - 4 mm
' Cut a diagonal strip approx. 9 cm wide (if necessary assemble the strip from several pieces).
' Place the diagonal strip around the cord, letting the cord hang out of the strip a little on each side.
' Fix the cord at the end with a few stitches, so it can no longer move.
' Sew closely along the cord, so that the strip fits snugly around it.
' Now sew the piping into a seam as a decorative element (e.g. on a pillow, chair cover, etc.).
